Sullivan & McLaughlin electricians and technicians address challenging and complex jobs every day. That’s why safety programs and training initiatives are an integral part of everything we do.
Safety
We have a full-time safety officer dedicated to training on safe equipment usage, fall-prevention programs, and other processes that ensure job site safety. This education protects not just our employees, but customers and visitors to job sites.
Our safety record is impressive and is a direct result of our commitment to safety. Sullivan & McLaughlin maintains a modification rate of an impressive 0.81, making us one of the safest electrical subcontractors of our size nationally. This allows us to be competitive for major construction projects which are under an owner controlled insurance program and saves thousands on worker’s compensation costs.
Our safety officer also researches and produces an up-to-date safety manual which assists project managers, foremen and clients in answering questions and making informed decisions regarding a variety of safety issues.
